About Us

 Paul Vazquez, owner of Gaia Pest Control, has been in the pest control industry since 2012. He started his career at ChemTec Pest Control, moving up the ranks quickly as he studied and passed exams for multiple categories educating himself in all areas of the industry. Promoted to lead technician, he specialized in bed bug extermination.

Shortly after he resigned, he joined MiteBuster Pest Control. A small business, Paul was hired as a supervisor and lead technician who trained employees on integrated pest management, core knowledge of pests and behaviors, and other skills to make technicians successful at resolving pest issues and educating clients to be more proactive in preventing infestations. 

With years of experience and extensive knowledge of pests, Paul decided to open his own company. Paul's mission is to combine his knowledge and experience with pest control and running a pest control business, ensuring he fulfills his clients' and employees' expectations while being mindful of the environment. When not working, Paul enjoys outdoor activities like hiking, listening to podcasts, reading, and writing music. 

 This Experienced Northern New Jersey pest control company was created for the consumers. Here at Gaia, we like to educate our customers so they can gain understanding of what we do from the materials we use, where we use them  and the proper safety precautions needed to be safe.
